NeilMed® is the largest manufacturer and supplier of LVLP (Large Volume Low Pressure) saline nasal irrigation systems in the world.

Job Description
General Description – Duties |
· Ability to work on a production line as requested by supervisor.
· Perform assembly work · Tasks require a medium level of skill with a variety of machinery · Recognize when operation is being interrupted and identify the issue at hand. · Troubleshooting and rework, requiring a sufficient understanding of the functional operation of specific machines being used. (PAMPAK / BOSCH) · Must be able to take direction from supervisor and/or verbal and written instructions · Quality activities, including inspection of product · Clean-up production areas as required · Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules and within standard times · Maintain a clean and orderly work area

QUALIFICATION requirements (EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, SKILLS, EDUCATION) |
· Technical Diploma – mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
· 6-8 years’ of machine operating experience in pharmaceutical segment of packaging industry · Available to work any shift (Day, Night, Weekends) · Flexible work availability and comfortable with overtime as needed · Must be reliable, have good initiative, committed, and quality focused · Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods of time · Ability to repeatedly lift 30 lbs on a daily basis · Ability to maintain a safe working environment · Adequate documentation skills. · Willingness to learn and apply new concepts as needed. · Perform basic adjustments in assigned machine as needed. |
