Job Description

We are looking for a Second Shift Manufacturing Machine Operator to work on our liquid fill machines. Candidate should have have Pharma and/or Medical Device experience and have experience with machine set-up and minor repairs.

Skills & Requirements

SKILLS:

  • 2 years or more of experience as a machine operator on a liquid filling machine
  • Pharma and/or medical device experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent, or a demonstration of exceptional ability
  • Flexible availability for work and willingness to accommodate overtime requirements
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift 30 lbs. repeatedly daily
  • Skilled in maintaining a safe working environment
  • Proficient in completing documentation
  • Willing to learn and apply new concepts as necessary

ABILITIES:

  • Must be able to work efficiently on a production line as directed by the supervisor.
  • Must be proficient in performing assembly tasks with precision.
  • Must be skilled in operating various machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Must be able to quickly identify and resolve operational interruptions.
  • Must be competent in troubleshooting and reworking procedures, with deep understanding of the functions of liquid fill machines
  • Must adhere to instructions from supervisors, managers and/or leaders and compliance with verbal and written directives.
  • Must be diligent in carrying out quality control activities, including thorough product inspections.
  • Must maintain high standards of cleanliness in the production area, aligning with GMP and compliance.
  • Responsible for the timely completion of tasks based on manufacturing schedule and within specific and determined timeframe.
  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining the work area.
  • Responsible for reporting discrepant materials/components to supervisor or line inspector.
  • Identify and resolve operational interruptions promptly to minimize downtime.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
